If the photos are blurry, lack definition, or are poor quality your cup will not turn out how you want it to. Keep in mind that the portrait will look exactly like the photo you send me.

These cups are non refundable as they are a custom item. If you have any issues with your pet portrait, please contact me directly so I can do my best to correct the issue. If you do not send me a photo by the time your order is scheduled to ship, I WILL cancel your order.
