Shipping policy

If your order fails to deliver due to an insufficient address I am not responsible for reimbursement of goods/shipping charges. Please make sure to double check the shipping address you enter! If you feel you have entered the incorrect address, send me an email at shoppacificnorthtess@gmail.com so I can update it for you. I am only able to adjust shipping addresses PRIOR to shipping your order out. If I have already shipped it out, there is nothing I can do to get it back. At this point, you'll need to file a claim with USPS or UPS.
